What is PMP?

The Perceptual Motor Program builds essential skills through fun activities

Brain & Body Connection

PMP focuses on the link between brain (perception) and body (motor), helping children develop fundamental movement skills that form the foundation for classroom learning.

Essential Skills Development

Through carefully structured physical activities, children develop gross and fine motor skills, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness - all essential for successful learning.

Learning Readiness

PMP helps prepare children for classroom learning by building physical confidence, concentration, and the ability to follow sequences and instructions.

3

Supervision

Sessions are led by trained staff with assistance from parent volunteers, ensuring children receive appropriate guidance and support.

4

Progression

The program follows a developmental sequence, with activities becoming progressively more challenging as children build their skills and confidence.
